Quality
service and delivery are the cornerstones of Marquis Beverage. Marquis Beverage Service provides our customers with regularly scheduled deliveries on a minimum cycle of 28 days. These delivery schedules can also be customized to meet individual customer needs based on volume, storage capacity, etc. At the time of each delivery, your Marquis Route Sales Representative (RSR) will inventory and rotate your stock on hand.
Your RSR will clean the equipment, check brew levels and brew temperatures, and supply you with the merchandise you need or desire based on usage and your input. The RSR maintains a record of each customer's usage, inventory, and deliveries. This allows the RSR to ensure that you and your company have adequate amounts of product on hand at all times.
There is never any charge for equipment installation or repairs. There are no deposit or rental Fees. All equipment is provided to you at no charge when you purchase your coffee and other beverage items from Marquis. Our service technicians and RSRs are fully trained to service and maintain a wide variety of commercial brewing and dispensing equipment. All of our technicians and RSRs are radio-dispatched and they will respond within 24 hours to any service request. This level of service is maintained during weekends and holidays as well. Preventative Maintenance (PM) is conducted on all equipment on a regular basis. Let Marquis take the burden of equipment maintenance off your hands.
